Five core trades, one team. From a single privacy screen to a full home extension.
Hardwood and composite timber decks built for the Northern Beaches. Ground-level platforms, multi-level builds with stairs and balustrades, built-in seating. We handle the lot.
Boundary fences, pool-compliant barriers, and horizontal timber screening. We build fencing that looks as good as it performs. Hardwood and treated pine to suit your budget.
Bathroom renovations, laundry fit-outs, kitchen updates, and internal alterations. We run the full job from demolition through to tiling, waterproofing, fixtures, and handover. You don’t need to coordinate multiple trades.
Pergolas, outdoor kitchens, louvred roofs and covered alfresco rooms. Coastal-grade materials — 316 marine stainless, hardwood on stirrups, HPL cabinetry — built to handle salt air and southerlies.
Opening up floor plans, adding rooms, or strengthening what’s already there. We handle the structural work that other trades won’t touch — steel beams, load-bearing wall removal, and full home extensions.
Pricing, timelines, council approvals and warranty — the questions clients ask most often.
A standard hardwood deck typically ranges from $8,000 to $25,000 depending on size, height off the ground, and whether stairs, balustrades or a pergola are included. Composite decking adds roughly 30–50% to material cost but lasts longer with less maintenance.
Decks usually take 1–3 weeks. Bathroom renovations run 3–5 weeks from demolition to handover. Custom builds and extensions vary with scope — we give you a written timeline with the quote.
Most decks, fencing and internal renovations fall under exempt or complying development and don't need a DA. For larger structural work or extensions we'll advise whether a CDC or DA is required and coordinate with a private certifier or your designer.
Yes. All structural work is covered under the NSW statutory warranty (up to 6 years on major defects, 2 years on minor). On top of that we stand behind our workmanship — if something we built isn't right, we come back and fix it.
In 2026, expect $90–$160/lm for Colorbond, $180–$280/lm for treated pine paling, $280–$450/lm for hardwood paling, and $400–$650/lm for horizontal hardwood slat fencing — supplied and installed. Read our full fencing cost guide →
Most boundary fences up to 1.8m and front fences up to 1.2m solid (or 1.8m with 50% transparency) are exempt development. Pool fences must comply with AS 1926.1. Heritage zones and bushfire-prone land usually need a CDC or DA.
Removing a single load-bearing wall and installing a structural steel beam (with engineering certificate) typically costs $4,500–$12,000 depending on span, ceiling height, and whether services need rerouting. Read our full extension cost guide →
Many compliant single-storey extensions can be approved via a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) under the NSW Codes SEPP — faster and cheaper than a DA. Heritage conservation areas, bushfire zones, and foreshore-impact properties typically need a full DA through Northern Beaches Council.
